Job summary

Tucson Unified School District is seeking a maintenance worker to perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs at the Food Services location. The role requires at least three years of cumulative experience across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, flooring, and related trades, plus strong English communication.

This is a 1.0 FTE, 8 hours per day, 12‑month position at 2150 East 15th Street.

Qualifications

• Three years cumulative experience in repair of HVAC heating/cooling equipment, plumbing, electric/electronics, carpentry, roofing, flooring and related trades.
• Verbal & written communication skills in English and ability to read/understand written/graphic and oral instructions.
• FBI fingerprint background check and pre-employment requirements.
