Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, operated by Davidson Hospitality Group, is hiring a Painter to join our decorative and maintenance team on site in Florida. You'll handle interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and renovations, bringing color and life to spaces while upholding guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in commercial or institutional maintenance, a light carpentry and painting background, good English, and a valid driver's license; preventive maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or institutional maintenance preferred.
• Proficiency in painting and wallpaper prep.
• Must read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and perform touch-ups.
• Assist with renovations and space refresh projects.
• Maintain high attention to detail to preserve aesthetics.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests as needed.
