Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in hotel/resort or similar environment.
• HVAC, plumbing or electrical skills required.
• Light carpentry, paint and wallpaper knowledge beneficial.
• Pool operation certification preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and communicate effectively in English.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance schedules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel's mechanical and electrical systems to high standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Install, repair, and troubleshoot equipment and facilities.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations across rounds.
• Collaborate with team to minimize guest disruption during work.
