Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
• Conduct visual and hands-on inspections to identify wear, damage, or potential failures
• Lubricate parts and ensure proper alignment of belts, chains, and drive components
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, findings, and repairs
• Replace worn components like bearings, pulleys, sprockets, belts, and chains
• Inspect and maintain motors, gearboxes, and drive systems to prevent breakdowns
• Work with the maintenance team to schedule repairs and minimize downtime
• Inspect and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems, valves, cylinders, and hoses
• Replace or rebuild components as needed
• Read and follow pneumatic and hydraulic schematics

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in preventative maintenance
• Working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to follow a maintenance schedule and document work accurately
• Self-motivated and able to work independently during 3rd shift hours
