Job summary

Novolex is seeking a dedicated Preventative Maintenance technician for their Yakima facility. The role involves maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment, starting systems, inspecting parts, and reading blueprints to ensure production efficiency.

Qualifications include 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, and ability to work with packaging machinery. A HS diploma is required; prior injection molding/ extrusion is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Maintenance experience within a manufacturing organization.
• Prior Injection Molding or Extrusion preferred
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Packaging Equipment is desired
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatic and mechanical system and machinery
• Ability to read blueprints strongly desired
• Should have own tools; company will provide additional specialty tools if necessary.
• Proficient with Computers is a plus
• Good communication skills are required to communicate with supervision and other departments.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $26.44 - 30.44 site performance based bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
