Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Engineer for Extended Stay America Cincinnati Blue Ash Reed Hartman. The role covers a wide range of maintenance tasks across guest areas, kitchens, laundry, HVAC, and pool systems.

You’ll respond to work orders, assist guests, and assist in safety and upkeep across the property. You will join a team focused on reliability, guest satisfaction, and efficient operations, with opportunities to contribute broadly from carpentry to plumbing

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the state.
• Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record).

Responsibilities

• Fix-It Pro: perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment and spaces in top condition.
• Equipment Whisperer: repair and tune up ice machines, refrigerators, HVAC, laundry gear, pool and spa equipment.
• Safety Hero: respond to alarms, investigate causes, and report findings to Front Desk.
• Trusted Access: handle sensitive areas with integrity and discretion.
• Guest Connection: interact with guests and colleagues professionally and drive safely when needed.
