The Facilities Maintenance and Engineering (FME) Directorate is responsible for laboratory space, administrative space, infrastructure, campus landscape, planning and design, and construction management at Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research.
The Preventive Maintenance & Compliance Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive asset identification and tracking programs to ensure the optimal utilization, reliability, and maintenance of all equipment supporting scientific operations, animal welfare, and facility infrastructure across both the Main Campus and the ATRF Campus. This position directly supports the scientific mission by maintaining an accurate and complete inventory of physical assets, coordinating preventive maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with NCI-Frederick policies as well as all applicable local, state, and federal safety standards.
