Job summary

Chugach Alaska Native Corporation is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Analyst to provide administrative and technical oversight for the PM System and its data in a temporary role at Valdez. The position involves coordinating PMCR processes with Maintenance, Operations, SERVS, and Engineering, and recommending improvements to the PM management process.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management.
• Experience with maintenance, planning, regulations, financial management, interpersonal communication, materials management, records management, and safety management.
• Strong analytical and organization skills.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Current Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Current TWIC or ability to obtain one.
• Successful pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical oversight for the Preventative Maintenance (PM) System and maintain related data.
• Process, disposition, and track PM Change Requests (PMCRs) by coordinating with Maintenance, Operations, SERVS, and/or Engineering.
• Recommend improvements to the Preventative Maintenance Management process with Maintenance, Operations, SERVS, and/or Engineering.
• Provide SME support to the organization for the Preventative Maintenance Procedure AMS-026-01 in collaboration with Reliability Engineers.

Position Summary:

This position will provide administrative and technical oversight for the Preventative Maintenance (PM) System and maintain associated data.

• Process, Disposition, and tracking of PM Change Requests (PMCRs) by coordinating with Maintenance, Operations, SERVS, and /or Engineering.
• Recommend improvements and changes to the Preventative Maintenance Management process in conjunction with Maintenance, Operations, SERVS, and/or Engineering.
• Work closely with the Reliability Engineers and provide SME support to the organization for the Preventative Maintenance Procedure AMS-026-01.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Professional Associations):

Mandatory Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management.
• Experience with maintenance, planning, regulations, financial management, interpersonal communication, materials management, records management, and safety management.
• Strong analytical and organization skills.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Current Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Current Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) or ability to obtain one.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Preferred Requirements

• Three (3) years of experience working with Oracle EAM and PM Analysis experience.
