Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of professional administrative experience, including reviewing court activities for compliance with laws and court rules.
• Experience coordinating activities between agencies and preparing/analyzing statistical reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vicinage Pretrial Services staff and act as liaison for pretrial services within the vicinage.
• Oversee scheduling, processing and handling of detention motions before the court.
• Monitor program guidelines and procedures and ensure compliance across locations.
• Review statistical reports, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
• Manage Pretrial Services officers and supervisors; provide guidance and conduct evaluations/training.
• Engage in community outreach related to criminal justice reform and may work holidays, evenings, and weekends.
