Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care with patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Promotes safety and ethical patient care.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
