Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies' retail division seeks a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead a team of Sales Associates in a high-traffic cosmetics environment.

You will coach, develop and drive exceptional customer service, achieve sales and operational targets, and execute agile business plans including events and CRM initiatives to recruit and retain customers. A proven leadership track record in prestige beauty is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience in cosmetics or luxury brands.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with sales planning, targets, and staff scheduling.
• Experience leading a team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Experience creating and executing in-store events.
• Familiarity with POS systems and office software.
