Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is recruiting a dynamic Key Holder to support store leadership, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. You will coach staff, help with cash reconciliation, and manage opening and closing duties on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and open/close on a rota.
• This is a first supervisory role with potential for long-term career in prestige beauty.
