Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Washington state is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding product selections for color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

You will support the Sales Manager, deliver personalized makeovers and demonstrations, host in-store events, and maintain store standards while building lasting guest relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetician license where required by state law.
• Demonstrates passion for prestige beauty and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Drive prestige sales by engaging guests and recommending products.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and skincare consults.
• Greet guests, provide exceptional service, and advise on promotions.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain tidy, replenished work area and testers.
