Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology/esthetician license as required by state law.
• Around 1 year of relevant beauty or sales experience preferred.
• Passion for prestige products, guest service and selling with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals in prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet guests, personalize service, recommend products, and inform about promotions.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain store standards, replenish and organize prestige product areas, ensure hygiene and tester readiness.
• Stay informed about trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
