Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetician license may be required by state law.
• Experience in prestige beauty or guest service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales in the prestige category.
• Provide exceptional guest service with greeting, personalized recommendations, and informing guests of promotions and events.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book and support services and in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Stay informed on beauty industry trends and product benefits to advise guests effectively.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenishment standards and ensure testers comply with hygiene standards.
