Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Hoffman Estates, IL is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and guiding product selections while upholding store standards.

You will support the Sales Manager, participate in in-store events, provide makeup applications and skincare analysis, and stay informed about current trends and ingredients to better serve guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology/esthetician license may be required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and selling skills with a passion for prestige products.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals for the prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance).
• Greet guests, assess needs, recommend products and services, and inform about promotions.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events, and maintain store standards.
