Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Brandon, FL seeks a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize prestige category sales by engaging guests and guiding them to color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance options. You will support the Sales Manager with service-driven selling, in-store events, and outstanding guest service while maintaining store standards and product knowledge.

A passion for beauty, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetician license required where state law demands.
• 1 year of relevant retail or beauty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests to determine needs and guiding them to appropriate cosmetics/skincare/fragrance products.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personal shopping experiences, including greetings and product recommendations.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to enhance guest experience and prestige brand goals.
• Maintain store standards, replenish merchandise, and ensure testers are available and hygienic.
• Stay informed about industry trends and products to better serve guests.
