Ulta Beauty in the United States is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in prestige categories by engaging guests, assessing their needs, and guiding selections of color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance while upholding store standards.

You will support the Sales Manager through service excellence, events, and in-store demonstrations, build guest relationships, stay informed on trends, and contribute to an inclusive team culture with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology license required where state law dictates.
• Experience with prestige beauty products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance).
• Engage guests, assess needs, and guide selections.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
