Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for prestige category and brand sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, and personalize recommendations.
• Demonstrate products, perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations.
• Book appointments and assist in executing services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on beauty trends and product benefits to advise guests.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and replenishment.
