Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic make-up artist to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience, educating and delighting customers. You will collaborate with a high-performing team on in-store events and maintain high visual merchandising standards to differentiate our brand in a competitive market.

Certification in make-up artistry or retail experience is desirable, but amateur experience with strong creative/technical skills is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate high-level creative and technical make-up artistry under retail conditions.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Be able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
