Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled make-up artist to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience. You will educate and delight customers and contribute to in-store events while ensuring our high visual merchandising standards.

Certification in make-up artistry is desirable, but applicants with amateur level experience and strong creative talent are welcome. The company offers training, development and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred but amateur level experience welcomed if demonstrated with creativity and skill.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus; be comfortable with transactions and customer flow.
