The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic make-up artist to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. You will work as part of a high-performing team to support in-store events and maintain top visual merchandising standards.

Certification in make-up artistry is desirable, and prior retail makeup experience is welcomed. Applicants must demonstrate inspirational, authentic customer service and flexibility to work

Qualifications

Make-up artistry certification or relevant experience welcome but not required.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Must be able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
Experience with retail POS software required; knowledge in customer service essential.

Responsibilities

Provide an inspirational, personalized in-store experience educating customers.
Participate in in-store events and drive engagement.
