The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an in-store advisor to deliver personalized beauty consultations and top-tier customer service at our retail locations.

You will work with a high-performing team to execute visual merchandising standards and support promotional events to engage customers and drive sales. The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced retail environment, with emphasis on product knowledge and customer education.

Qualifications

• Experience / Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
