Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic in-store advisor to deliver personalized beauty consultations and top-tier customer service. You will support visual merchandising and lead product demonstrations to engage shoppers and elevate the store experience.

Flexibility in hours is required including weekends and events; prior retail/beauty experience is preferred to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
Must provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States on hire/interview.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations during scheduled shifts.
