Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a freelance in-store advisor to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized customer experience.

You will educate customers, support in-store events, and ensure visual merchandising standards help the brand stand out in a competitive landscape. In partnership with a high-performing team, you will contribute to events, stay informed on product offerings and techniques, and participate in a dynamic retail environment with strong development

Qualifications

• Experience providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience.
