Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a highly skilled advisor to create a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience. You will educate customers on prestige beauty, lead beauty consultations, and execute engaging in-store events.

In collaboration with a high-performing team, you will maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards, support promotional activities, and continually learn brand product knowledge to delight customers across luxury brands.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
