Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an in-store beauty advisor to provide personalized consultations and high-quality customer service. You will support and execute visual merchandising displays and participate in in-store events to drive customer engagement.

Collaborating with a high-performing team, you will educate customers on brand products, techniques, and demonstrations while maintaining store presentation standards and a premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or beauty industry preferred.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations on the sales floor.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the store.
• Support and conduct in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to engage customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand offerings, features, and application techniques to educate clients.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth operations and optimal customer experience during shifts.
