Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic sales associate to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience for our prestige brands in New York.

You will educate customers and present products while collaborating with a high-performing team to create engaging in-store events and maintain outstanding visual standards. Certification in retail sales is desirable, but amateur experience is welcomed if you can demonstrate creative and technical expertise;

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred; amateur level accepted with demonstrated creativity and technical skills.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with in-store POS software is required or advantageous.
• Must have proof of right to live and work in the United States if invited for interview.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience educating customers on products.
• Collaborate with the team to execute in-store events and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Assist customers, answer questions and guide purchases to meet company standards.
• Represent the brand professionally and uphold all store policies during shifts.
