Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic in-store sales associate to deliver a welcoming and personalized customer experience across our prestige beauty brands. You will educate customers and contribute to a premium shopping atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.

You will also participate in in-store events and help maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure the store stands out in a competitive market. Prior retail experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience desirable but amateur level welcome.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
