Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests to determine needs and guide selections. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses and product demonstrations, while maintaining store standards and contributing to events and services that deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to communicate product knowledge effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide prestige product knowledge and guest service to drive sales.
• Greeting guests, offering personalized recommendations, and promoting current promotions.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain store standards, replenish tested products, and ensure hygiene compliance.
• Stay informed on trends and educate guests on ingredients and benefits.
• Maintain regular attendance and cooperate with team.
