Ulta Beauty in Glen Allen, VA seeks a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and helping them select prestige merchandise while following store policies.

The role supports the Sales Manager through a focus on performance, people, and process, including makeup applications, product demonstrations, booking appointments, and participating in in-store events.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law
• Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling

Responsabilités

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional service with a guest-friendly environment, personalized recommendations and informing guests of current promotions, events and services.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting prestige and iconic brand sales goals.
