Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests, performing makeup applications, and guiding purchases across color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

The role supports the Sales Manager with a focus on service, people, and process while upholding store standards. The PBA will stay informed on industry trends, execute makeup applications and demos, and help with in-store events and promotions to deliver an unparalleled

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred; cosmetology, esthetician, or demonstrator’s license may be required by state law.
1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
Passion for prestige products and guest service with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

Drive prestige sales by engaging guests and recommending products and services.
Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to boost sales.
Book appointments and support in-store events to create exceptional guest experiences.
Maintain store standards, manage replenishment, and educate guests on promotions and loyalty programs.
