Responsibilities

1. Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests, understanding their needs, and assisting in product selection.
2. Provide exceptional guest service, including greeting, engaging, and personalizing service, while informing guests of promotions and services.
3. Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
4. Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
5. Support in-booking appointments and executing in-store events to meet sales goals.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and ingredients to better serve guests.
7. Maintain store standards, including cleanliness and replenishment, and ensure hygiene standards for testers.
8. Participate in ongoing training to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
9. Contribute to an inclusive environment supporting team and guest needs.
10. Adhere to company policies, dress code, and operational standards.
11. Assist with merchandise resets, inventory procedures, and maintaining the store's appearance.
12. Promote the guest loyalty program and protect company assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or esthetician license required if mandated by state law.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Passion for prestige products, guest service, and sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions

• Frequent movement and standing throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. regularly.
• Engagement in physical activities like bending, reaching, and twisting.

Additional Information
