Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pressure Washing/Window Cleaning Technician role based in Kent, WA. The technician will perform exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, roof and gutter cleaning, and parking lot cleaning for commercial properties and HOAs. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and operating cleaning equipment, safely working on ladders and elevated surfaces, following job checklists, and ensuring work areas are left clean and orderly. The role involves driving to job sites, communicating with supervisors and occasionally with clients, and following safety protocols and company procedures. Technicians are expected to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment, and contribute to a professional and respectful team environment.

Qualifications
