No experience needed — we will train you! After a 2-week paid training period, you’ll be eligible for commission and performance bonuses.

What You’ll Do:

Work with experienced crews to perform pressure washing and window cleaning on residential & commercial properties

Use professional equipment — we’ll teach you everything you need to know

Get paid to be active, work outdoors, and learn valuable skills

Deliver great service to customers and represent Shine with professionalism

Help keep equipment and trucks in top shape

Opportunity to move into leadership roles if you stay long-term

Who We’re Looking For: Recent high school or college grads (or current students on break) Hard-working and dependable — show up on time and ready to go Willing to learn new skills and take pride in quality work Comfortable working outdoors and being physically active Comfortable on ladders and working at heights Driver’s license is a plus (not required, but preferred) Open to staying long-term and growing with us (but short-term/summer workers welcome too!)

Pay & Perks:

$800–$1,200/week after training (base pay + commission & bonuses)

2-week paid training period (approx. $600–$700/week during training)
