Job summary

Kept Companies Inc. is seeking a pressure washing technician to perform cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. You will operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, prepare surfaces, and remove contaminants while adhering to safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. DMV and background checks apply; 21+ for eligibility. Training provided after hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience with pressure washing equipment and techniques (preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Physical ability to lift 50-70 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Must pass a background check and DMV record check.

Responsibilities

• Perform pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties.
• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment.
• Clean and prepare surfaces prior to pressure washing.
• Remove dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants from various surfaces.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
