Kept Companies Inc. is seeking a dependable pressure washing professional to service commercial properties and fleets. The role involves operating trucks and cleaning equipment, loading materials, and maintaining safety standards on outdoor sites.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and prior pressure washing or field service experience. Physical work includes lifting 50–70 pounds, with extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in pressure washing or field service is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50-70 pounds and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks and professional cleaning equipment.
• Load/unload materials at job sites.
• Perform pressure washing on buildings, sidewalks, vehicles, and equipment.
• Clean commercial kitchen exhaust hoods and related systems.
• Assist with pavement marking and line striping projects.
• Operate and maintain pressure washing, striping, and field service equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues with tools and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and environments.
• Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
