Job summary

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is hiring for a Full-Time Pressure Washing Technician in the Dallas area. No prior experience required—comprehensive training is provided.

You will travel across Texas and neighboring states, report to the warehouse by 8:00 AM, and complete daily projects on-site with safety and teamwork at the forefront. CCS offers paid training, 401(k) matching, health and dental insurance, and a clear path to advancement into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Report to our warehouse each workday by 8:00 AM (Dallas, TX).
• Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Travel throughout Texas and surrounding states to complete service projects.
• Be available to travel up to 100% of the time when business needs require it (approximately 20 weeks per year).
• Remain on-site until daily projects are completed.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, supervisors, and customers.
• Follow all company safety procedures, reporting requirements, and operational standards.

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is seeking motivated, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our growing Dallas -area team as a Full-Time Pressure Washing Technician.

No prior pressure washing experience is required-we provide comprehensive training and support.

What You'll Do

• Report to our warehouse each workday by 8:00 AM (Dallas, TX)
• Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently
• Travel throughout Texas and surrounding states to complete service projects
• Be available to travel up to 100% of the time when business needs require it (approximately 20 weeks per year)
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing CCS
• Communicate effectively with teammates, supervisors, and customers
• Follow all company safety procedures, reporting requirements, and operational standards
• Remain on-site until daily projects are completed

CCS provides company vehicles, equipment, shirts, and all tools necessary to perform the job.

What We're Looking For

• Ability and willingness to travel extensively when required
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 3–5 years of clean driving history
• Preferred experience driving larger trucks, towing trailers, or operating commercial vehicles
• Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work on ladders, and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and commitment to being part of a team
