Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver\'s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) prior to hire.
• Previous box truck or large vehicle driving experience is preferred but not required.
• Physically able to work outdoors in Colorado weather; capable of lifting 25 lbs and walking up to 5 miles per shift.
• Strong work ethic with a customer-first mindset and emphasis on safety.

• Fleet Operation: Safely drive commercial box trucks and company vehicles to various client job sites.
• Precision Washing: Detail commercial vehicles using pressure washers, brushes, and chemical solutions.
• Equipment Oversight: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; handle basic maintenance.
• Resource Management: Safely manage fuel, water, and environmental reclaim systems.
• Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace and secure gear after shifts.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $21.00 / hour
• Comprehensive Paid Training: Get paid while learning a highly valuable commercial trade.
• Stable Hours: Full-time, year-round work. We operate 7 days a week (weekend availability is required).

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Fleet Operation: Safely drive commercial box trucks and company vehicles to various client job sites.
• Precision Washing: Utilize professional pressure washers, brushes, and chemical solutions to detail commercial vehicles, clean concrete surfaces, and manage spills.
• Equipment Oversight: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Handle basic minor maintenance to keep equipment in peak operating condition.
• Resource Management: Safely manage fuel, water, and advanced environmental reclaim systems.
• Safety & Organization: Maintain an immaculate, hazard-free workspace and properly secure all gear after your shift.

Candidate Requirements

• Driving Record: Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR required prior to hire).
• Experience: Previous box truck or large vehicle driving experience is preferred, but not required.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable working long hours outdoors in all Colorado weather conditions. Ability to lift 25 lbs and walk up to 5 miles per shift.
