Job Summary
This position includes window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing. Applicants should have experience working on ladders and walking on rooftops. We're looking for highly motivated, honest, hardworking individuals who want to work with similarly motivated people.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Cleaning of windows, gutters, and pressure washing
• Up-selling and recommending additional services to customers
• Vehicle responsibility and safety: Vehicle inventory and maintenance tracking. Responsible drive requirements (seatbelt, hard braking, and speeding)
• Job Performance Safety requirements: right shoes, ladder safety requirements

Required Of The Role

• Must be licensed to drive
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Proven track record of 2 years of manual labor performing high-quality work
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Walking and standing a minimum of 8 hours required
• 2 years of experience working on ladders
• Proven track-record (minimum 2 years) performing customer service
• Able to work Monday-Saturday
• Must be okay working long hours
• Hard worker (mentally and physically)
• Once hired, you will begin as a trainee. The training period lasts for 4 weeks, and you will be paid $16 per hour during this time.

Compensation

• Between $35,000 and $50,000
