We are seeking a reliable Pressure Washing Technician to perform exterior cleaning on residential and commercial properties, operate and maintain equipment, and uphold strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass background and DMV checks.
• Experience with pressure washing equipment and basic maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties.
• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment.
• Clean and prepare surfaces prior to pressure washing.
• Remove dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants from various surfaces.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment.
• Clean and prepare surfaces prior to pressure washing.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Experience with pressure washing equipment and techniques (preferred)
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment
• Physical ability to lift 50-70 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Good communication and time management skills
• Must pass a background check and DMV record check
• Must be able to work weekends, if needed.
