Job summary

Hammer & Steel Global, LLC in Hazelwood, MO seeks a Pressure Washer Operator to join our team. You will operate pressure washers to clean surfaces and support loading/unloading of equipment.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday shift 6:30am–4:00pm, competitive wages up to $26 per hour, medical/dental/vision, 401K with match, PTO and holidays, plus additional company benefits and uniform provision.

Qualifications

• Operate pressure washer safely to clean surfaces and equipment.
• Maintain safety and PPE at all times.
• Work well in a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washer machinery safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces.
• Use degreasers or removal chemicals as label recommends
• Maintain and safely operate heavy equipment to assist in the loading and unloading of equipment.
• Maintain established schedule as requested
• Clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials from area being washed
• Keep tools and equipment in good repair
• Maintain yard and shop appearance, including storage organization, vegetation control, and debris removal.
• Inspect rental equipment before and after cleaning
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Utilize the proper PPE for the job.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Requires continuous physical activity including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting and maneuvering heavy material and heavy industrial equipment
• Safely maneuver uneven surface terrain in various weather conditions.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Experienced / certified forklift operation.
