Job description

Panorama's Grounds Department is hiring a Pressure Washer to work on our beautiful 140+ acre campus. This position is full time and works year-round, with a standard Monday-Friday schedule.


This position's primary focus is cleaning various surfaces and hardscaped areas throughout campus via use of a gas-powered pressure washer. Other grounds keeping tasks are performed as assigned. Work is in accordance with the corporation's goal to provide a safe, attractive and functional facility for our residents.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Operate a gas-powered pressure washer to clean various paved areas and other surfaces.




  • Prep areas as needed by clearing loose articles and removing debris. Clean and remove all residual mess and debris left behind from in surrounding vicinity.




  • Complete required paperwork and assigned work orders accurately, and within specified timeframes.




  • Operate a company vehicle and maintain it in a clean and organized manner. May perform routine checks and add fluids as necessary.




  • Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and add fluid as needed to keep in good working condition. Notifies supervisor of needed repairs.




  • Interact professionally with residents, address concerns appropriately and escalate concerns to the supervisor.




  • Additional duties in grounds maintenance include but are not limited to, weeding, edging, mowing, pruning planting, raking, sweeping, seeding, sod work, leaf pick up, debris removal, cleaning of roofs and gutters, clearing drains, and snow removal.






EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:




  • High school diploma or GED required




  • One year experience of pressure washing or two years grounds maintenance is preferred.




  • Washington State Driver's License and good driving record required




  • Additional knowledge in other aspects of horticulture, maintenance, fertilizers or pesticides preferred
