Job summary

You’ll confirm specs with the design team, select the right press, complete machine setup, and run samples to verify color and registration.

During production you’ll monitor for color accuracy, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and keep the area safe and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical printing coursework a bonus.
• Background as a printer/press operator (or similar) preferred.
• High attention to detail; steady under deadline pressure.
• Experience with multiple printing methods and related equipment.
• Mechanical know-how and a knack for problem-solving.
• Clear communicator who collaborates well on a team.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long stretches.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run a range of printing machines for best-in-class output.
