Job summary

Legacy Talent Search is seeking a Press Utility in Woodland, WA. You will assist operators with setup, operation, and maintenance of press production equipment, load materials, and perform quality checks to ensure top quality products.

The role requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long shifts, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with attention to detail. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist press operators with setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from press machines safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, machinery, and production floors.
• Support machine changeovers, tooling adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as needed.
• Accurately document production counts, material usage, and quality information.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipping or further processing.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output goals and deadlines.
• Promptly report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors.
