• Overtime daily; weekends; various shifts.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to learn manufacturing processes and grow within the organization.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; training provided.
• Military training or technical school preferred.
• Paper or printing converting experience a plus.
