Job summary

Graphic Packaging International in Perry, GA is seeking an experienced press unwind operator to operate and maintain unwind/rewind of the press, ensure accurate production documentation, and support safety and quality standards. You will perform setup, changeovers, quality checks on rolls, and collaborate with the team to keep the line productive, while following SQF procedures and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience recommended.
• Must communicate effectively with team and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain unwind/rewind of press.
• Ensure accuracy of production documentation and quality checks.
• Safely operate forklift and perform routine maintenance on splicer unit.
• Perform changeovers and setup roll stands for different widths.
• Follow 5S, safety, SQF procedures and assist continuous improvement.
