Job summary

MCC, a global leader in premium labels, is seeking a Press Operator Assistant in Neenah, Wisconsin. The role supports printing presses, aligns with customer specs, and participates in changeovers to ensure on-time production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand a job ticket
• Ability to read a ruler and pass a ruler test
• Color vision and passing color test
• Ability to input data in the computer
• Team oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Set up and support printing presses per specifications
• Assist in changeover activities between label jobs
• Assist in cleanup after changeovers
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery and workspace
• Follow safety and quality policies and procedures
• Possess flexibility to work overtime when needed
