Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years in a high-volume production environment as a machine or press operator.
• Attention to detail and ability to adjust processes to meet deadlines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to select and use equipment, supplies, and tools.
• Solid math skills to compute percentages, weights, and measures.
• Ability to follow/interpret complex English instructions and specifications.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Must be security- and safety-oriented.
• Reliable with good attendance and cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate records of completed work in shop floor data system or manual forms.
• Complies with ISO 9001:2000 certification in all areas of responsibility.
• Ensures finished product is staged with proper identification in the next area.
• Keeps materials and supplies stocked and notifies of inventory needs.
• Maintains productivity, quality, service, spoilage, security, and safety goals.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Follows company procedures and mandated security processes.
• Represents the company professionally with teamwork, quality, and timeliness.
