We are currently looking for a hard‑working production employee to join our Littleton, CO facility. We offer an extensive benefits package for our employees including health insurance, time off, 401(k) matching, and more!

Hourly rate: $20.75, shift differential: $2.08, hourly rate: $22.83

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm-1:30am

Responsibilities

• Accurately operate loading/unloading of materials and adjust errors based on instructions, checklists, product specifications, and customer job ticket requirements.
• Continuously check, monitor, and correct quality issues during each customer job run to minimize downtime and waste.
• Interpret and complete all Smart Card forms and documents related to the department with high accuracy.
• Maintain an accurate record of all completed work in shop‑floor data system and/or manual forms as required.
• Complete required audit paperwork based on job stage and equipment operated.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous machine operating experience; one year or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic technical machinery skills, including use of a caliper and hand tools.
• Basic computer skills; ability to input and output data on a PC, including loading and unloading programs.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple written and verbal instructions, write simple reports, and present information to colleagues.
• Ability to apply common sense in following written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Attention to detail, including color discrimination.
• Elementary English proficiency for communication.
• Basic arithmetic skills; add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Physical Requirements

• Work in a standing position; walk, bend, stoop, twist, and lift materials up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
• Environment is noisy; may require ear protection.
• Requires good eyesight, hand/eye coordination, and normal color vision for quality assurance and safety.
• Full use of hands/fingers for precision or semi‑precision equipment and tools.
• Handles fine detail, which can be mentally and physically tiring.
• Operates rapidly moving machinery, requiring quick adjustments to minimize waste and time.
• Work conducted in shifts; may require overtime on other shifts to meet deadlines.
